Interview Coordination

We manage scheduling, reminders, no-show recovery and feedback collection — keeping your hiring managers focused on interviewing, not coordinating.

Final Selection

We support offer negotiation, document collection, BGV initiation and joining-date locking — minimizing offer-drop and joining-drop risk.

Onboarding Support

Post-joining follow-up in week 1, week 2 and week 4 to flag attrition risk early and support replacements within the guarantee window.
