Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Support Executives (Lingual Process) who can provide outstanding service and support to customers in regional languages. The role requires fluency in Hindi, English, and one of the following: Tamil, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, Bengali, or Marathi.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls or chat.
Communicate clearly in regional and mandatory languages.
Promote products and assist in sales conversions.
Resolve customer issues efficiently and maintain satisfaction.
Follow process guidelines and meet performance targets.
Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in International Customer Service.
Strong communication in English
Good listening and problem-solving skills.
Graduate can apply.
Comfortable with rotational shifts and a 5.5-day work week.
