Job Description:
We are hiring dynamic and goal-oriented individuals for the role of Sales Executive for Financial Process. This profile involves promoting insurance and financial products without cold calling, ensuring you engage only with interested customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote a range of Financial Products through approved channels without cold calling.
- Clearly explain product benefits, features, and terms to prospective clients.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships while ensuring excellent customer service.
- Handle customer queries and assist them in choosing suitable insurance products.
- Work in a 6-day schedule, maintaining productivity and achieving sales targets.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience: 03 years in sales (Telesales experience is preferred but not mandatory).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and explain financial/insurance products effectively.
- A proven track record of meeting sales targets is an added advantage.
