Job Description:

We are hiring enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals for the role of Customer Service Associate. In this role, you will assist customers through Voice support. Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries and interactions via chat support while ensuring a superior customer experience.
  • Assist users with product information, order placement, order tracking, returns, and general inquiries.
  • Manage customer concerns and resolve issues with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Stay updated on products, promotions, discounts, and platform updates.
  • Work closely with the team to resolve complex issues and escalate cases where needed.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Graduation mandatory (any discipline).
  • Strong English communication skillswritten and verbal.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a customer-centric, fast-paced environment.
