About the Role
- Location: Gurgaon/Noida
- Languages Required: Proficiency in English & Hindi (Outstanding Communication Skills)
- Salary: 2.20 LPA – 3.25 LPA

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee customer service operations to ensure high standards of service delivery.
- Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries promptly.
- Implement policies and procedures for consistent and reliable service.
- Conduct training sessions to maintain service quality and team effectiveness.
Essential Requirements
- Graduates, Post-graduates, and MBAs are welcome to apply.
- 0-3 years in customer service; experience in BPOs or call centers is advantageous.
- Must possess strong persuasive and interpersonal skills.
- Preference for candidates who can join immediately.
