Job Summary
We are hiring for the International Voice Process, where the associate will handle customer calls, troubleshooting, issue resolution, and upselling (depending on the process). Strong English communication is mandatory.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound calls for international customers.
- Provide resolution on technical or account-related issues.
- Troubleshoot step-by-step (for technical voice roles).
- Upsell or promote services when required.
- Maintain case logs and update CRM.
- Deliver excellent customer experience with high accuracy.
Requirements
- Excellent communication in English (neutral accent preferred).
- 6 months 1 year minimum international voice experience (mandatory for some processes).
- Graduation/Under graduation acceptable (depends on process).
- Comfortable with rotational shifts and weekends.
- Strong problem-solving and customer handling ability.
Salary Range is Up to 35,000 CTC
