Job Description:
We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as International Customer Support Executives. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our international customers, providing excellent support and service through both voice.
Responsibilities:
- Answer and resolve customer inquiries via Call in a timely and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information about our products and services.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification of 10+2 passed.
- Both freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
- Undergraduates pursuing education through correspondence can apply.
- Candidates must be between the ages of 18 and 33.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
