Job Description:
As a Technical Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer queries and troubleshooting issues related to **anti-virus installation, activation, performance, and updates*. You will communicate with users through voice and chat, diagnose problems, and provide accurate, effective solutions while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical assistance to customers for anti-virus software (installation, configuration, and troubleshooting).
Handle voice and chat interactions efficiently while maintaining professionalism and empathy.
Identify, diagnose, and resolve system or software-related issues.
Guide customers step-by-step through solutions and ensure problem resolution.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Escalate unresolved issues to higher technical teams as per process requirements.
Meet performance metrics including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Eligibility Criteria:
Freshers Must be a Graduate (any stream).
Undergraduates: Must have *minimum 6 months of documented work experience in any domain.

Skills Required:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude and basic understanding of computer systems, software installation, and internet troubleshooting.
Ability to handle technical queries patiently and effectively.
Proficiency in multitasking and working in a fast-paced environment.
Flexible to work in rotational shifts*(including night shifts).

Job Details:
Job Type:Full-Time
Shift: Rotational (Night shifts preferred)
Working Days: 5.5 days/week
Week Offs:* Rotational
Cab Facility: Available for both male and female employees after 3 months of training (during dark hours only)

Compensation & Benefits:
Salary: 26,000 30,000 CTC per month (based on experience and performance)
