Job Overview
Tech Mahindra is hiring Customer Associates / Senior Customer Associates for an International US Telecom Inbound Voice Process. The role involves managing inbound calls from US customers, resolving service-related issues, and ensuring a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound voice calls from US telecom customers.
- Resolve customer concerns effectively while maintaining service quality.
- Adhere to call quality, compliance, and process guidelines.
- Accurately document call details and customer interactions.
- Consistently meet performance and quality targets.
Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Any Graduate / Undergraduate
- Experience: Minimum 6 months experience in International BPO Inbound Voice Process
- Domain Experience: Telecom voice experience preferred
- Freshers: Not eligible
Skill Requirements
- Spoken English: B2 Intermediate (Equivalent to Versant 60)
- Computer Skills: MS Office, Internet, and basic applications
- Process Knowledge: International B2C Voice Process mandatory

- US Night Shifts (as per US time zone)
- 5 Days working per week
- Split week off
