Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and motivated candidates for the role of Outbound Sales Executive. The role involves outbound calling to Interested customers and promoting/selling key banking products.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to existing and new-to-bank customers
Explain and promote banking loan/insurance/credit card products
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products
Maintain daily call productivity and sales targets
Ensure excellent communication and customer engagement

Required Skills
Education: Graduate (Mandatory)
Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
Good communication skills (English required)
Strong interest in sales with a persuasive approach
Knowledge of Loans, credit Cards, Mutual funds and Insurance will be an added advantage

Salary Structure
18,000-20,000 CTC per month (Based on experience and communication skills)
