Role Overview
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused International Customer Support Executive to manage customer queries and service requests for global clients. The ideal candidate must have excellent English communication skills and prior experience in handling international voice or chat processes.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound interactions with international customers via calls, emails, and chat.
Resolve product or service-related issues promptly and professionally.
Maintain high levels of accuracy while updating customer information and records.
Ensure first-contact resolution and customer satisfaction.
Adhere to process SLAs and quality standards in all interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice/Customer Service process (mandatory).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities.
Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools.
Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
