Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential and existing customers via Chatto introduce and promote products/services.
- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate product details.
- Understand customer needs and work towards closing sales effectively.
- Manage customer concerns professionally to ensure a positive service experience.
- Maintain and update customer records in the internal system.
Requirements:
- Freshers are welcome!
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
- Ability to meet sales targets and handle rejection gracefully.
- Graduation is mandatory.

- Location: Gurgaon
- Salary: 25,000 30,000 per month
- Shift: Rotational Shift
- Working Days: 6 days/week (1 rotational off)
