Role Overview
We are hiring Customer Care Executives (Voice + Chat) to handle customer queries, ensure satisfaction, and provide accurate solutions while maintaining Lenskart service excellence standards.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

  • Handle customer queries via calls and chat, ensuring timely and professional responses.
  • Educate customers about Lenskart products, offers, and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow SOPs diligently.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Build rapport with customers and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
  • Achieve assigned performance and quality targets (NPS, resolution rate, etc.).

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: Graduate / Undergraduate candidates can apply.
  • Experience: Freshers or candidates with prior BPO/customer service experience.
  • Skills Required: Strong communication in English & Hindi, good listening skills, and basic computer proficiency.
