About the Opportunity
We are hiring Telesales Executives / Inside Sales Associates for leading companies in Delhi NCR (Gurgaon & Noida). This role offers excellent earning potential, structured training, and career growth opportunities in the sales domain. Candidates will handle outbound telesales, lead conversion, and customer engagement for multiple premium brands.

Clients Details (Delhi NCR): Lenskart, Policy Bazaar, Niva Bupa, Outspark, Transcom, We Credit, Globiva, Altruist, Ileads, Fynocrat.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for sales conversion.
  • Engage customers with product information, offers, and benefits.
  • Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
  • Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue.
  • Maintain accurate call logs, reports, and achieve assigned sales targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Education: 12th Pass / Graduate / MBA (Freshers & Experienced candidates welcome).
  • Skills Required: Excellent communication & interpersonal skills, sales aptitude with strong persuasion & negotiation ability, target-driven and result-oriented approach, fluency in English required for International Telesales.
  • Work Experience: Freshers & candidates with telesales / BPO / inside sales background preferred.

Salary & Benefits

  • CTC: Up to 4.25 LPA (depending on client & experience) + Unlimited Incentives.
