About the Role
We are looking for a medical background professional to join our team as a Medical Claims Call Center Representative.
You will handle inbound calls related to claim queries, rejections, documentation requirements, and policy coverage. Your role is to provide accurate information, assist customers with clarity, and ensure a smooth and supportive experience for every Niva Bupa member.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound calls related to medical claims and rejections.
  • Assist customers with claim filing procedures, documentation, and status.
  • Provide accurate information on coverage, approvals, and billing codes.
  • Investigate claim-related concerns and provide clear resolutions.
  • Maintain updated knowledge of Niva Bupa products & medical terminology.
  • Escalate critical cases to senior teams when required.
  • Follow company policies, compliance rules, and quality standards.

Candidate Requirements

  • Education: B.Pharm / M.Pharm (Mandatory)
  • Experience:03 years in call center / healthcare / medical insurance
  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology & claim processes
  • Excellent verbal & written communication
  • Ability to handle high call volume with accuracy
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts
