Job Overview
We are hiring Telesales Associates for the Domestic process at Transcom. This role involves driving sales through proactive customer engagement, along with addressing customer queries and providing efficient resolutions. Fluency in both English and Hindi is essential, along with experience in sales or telesales.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively engage with customers to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Address customer queries and provide timely, high-quality resolutions.
- Communicate clearly and professionally in both English and Hindi.
- Assist customers with transactions, troubleshooting, and service inquiries.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Graduate from any field.
- Experience: 0-3 year of experience in sales (preferably telesales).
- Skills: Strong verbal and written communication in English and Hindi, with no grammatical or pronunciation errors.
Work Schedule & Shifts
- 6 days working with 1 rotational off.
- Rotational shift: 8 AM to 10 PM.
- Day shifts for females till 8 PM.
- Rotational shifts for males.
Salary & Benefits
- CTC: 25,000 -27,000 per month.
